Championing Harm Reduction
At Harm Reduction LTD, we strive to end the drug war and implement effective harm reduction strategies that prioritize health and safety for people who use drugs. With over 30 years of experience, we introduce initiatives that save lives and promote community well-being.
Our Commitment to Harm Reduction
We have a long history of advancing harm reduction techniques.
Our work began in 1992, focusing on Syringe Service Programs.
In 1998, we helped establish Moscow's first SSP in partnership with UN AIDS Project.
In 2016, we've introduced fentanyl test strips as an intervention to reduce overdose risks.

Save Lives While Saving The Planet

We recently invented an improved naloxone delivery system that contains two doses which are administered seperatly. This can be used two seperate ways.
One option the device will contain two full doses each to be administered seperatly. This will cut costs with production, increase naloxone saturation, therefore save more lives. Additionally, it will reduce shipping costs, cut storage space by almost half, and decrease waste in landfills.
Addittionally, it can also be used for nasal titration. With our dual bladder system a dose can be split so you can administer 1/2 a dose. If the person needs more naloxone you can administer the second half of the dose. With nasal titration we can cut the risk of precipitated withdrawal.
Help us save lives while saving the planet.
Bridging the Gap
In this short video we examine how Harm Reduction has supported the ROC community and how we can 'Bridge the Gap'.

Syringe Service Programs
Working in and with SSPs since 1992, in an effort to reduce harms associated with substance use, lessening morbidity and enhancing public health and safety initiatives across communities. They're not just for syringes BTW. Many offer HIV/HCV and drug testing, referrals along with materials, supplies and education for alternatives to injection.
International Partnerships
Went with the LESHRC as a trainer through a partnership with UN AIDS Program to help open Moscow's first SSP in 1998, fostering global harm reduction initiatives.

The Young Injectables follow a trio of Harm Reductionists who come to life in a comic book and reunite in video (link below) to discuss safer crystal meth. Please feel free to use and share this content.

Fentanyl Test Strips
While at St Ann's Corner of Harm Reduction in 2016 I introduced the use of test strips to combat overdose and promote safety among PWU/IDs.
