We have a long history of advancing harm reduction techniques.
Our work began in 1992, focusing on Syringe Service Programs.
In 1998, we helped establish Moscow's first SSP in partnership with UN AIDS Project.
In 2016, we've introduced fentanyl test strips as an intervention to reduce overdose risks.

Working in and with SSPs since 1992, in an effort to reduce harms associated with substance use, lessening morbidity and enhancing public health and safety initiatives across communities. They're not just for syringes BTW. Many offer HIV/HCV and drug testing, referrals along with materials, supplies and education for alternatives to injection.
Went with the LESHRC as a trainer through a partnership with UN AIDS Program to help open Moscow's first SSP in 1998, fostering global harm reduction initiatives.
